These terms will govern use of StarRoo, provided by CA LA DONNA PTY LTD (ABN 34 673 687 940).

Plans and price

[Draft] Monthly: A$49/month (GST inclusive), first month free, no lock-in; cancel any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual: A$399/year (GST inclusive), paid upfront, includes printed QR/NFC counter cards posted within Australia; full refund if cancelled within 30 days of the first annual payment. Founding member pricing (first 20 venues) is kept while the subscription stays active without a break.

Service guarantee

[Draft] If, in a billing month, (a) a Google review on a connected location is not replied to within 24 hours of StarRoo being able to see it (for 3★ and below: a draft is sent to you for approval within 24 hours), or (b) an unwanted public edit to a monitored field (hours, phone, website, address, open/closed status) is not detected and reverted or flagged within Google's review window, that month's fee is credited (for annual plans, 1/12 of the annual fee). Exclusions to be settled by a lawyer: Google outages or API restrictions, access revoked by you, drafts awaiting your approval, and edits Google applies without making them visible through its API. Claim by email within 30 days.

Your responsibilities

[Draft] You must have authority over the Google Business Profile you connect, must not use StarRoo to solicit fake or incentivised reviews, and must ask customers for reviews without filtering by sentiment.

Consumer guarantees

[Draft] Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
